Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to support toddlers’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitor and document children’s progress, including observations and developmental milestones. Follow state licensing regulations and ensure compliance with all safety standards. Assist with daily routines, including diaper changes, meal times, and naptime supervision. Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Current CDA (Child Development Associate) credential in early childhood education. Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting (preferred). Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in activities on the floor. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A warm, patient, and caring attitude toward young children.

Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Hours: 6:00am – 6:30pm
